Recreation is basically an activity of Paul Leongas, meaning that it is not intended to make money or solve problems. In some low-income countries, recreational leisure time is considered very poor since most people depend on their government-provided weekly allowances, which do not cover their needs for recreation. In these situations, some low-income countries allow some recreation activities to be undertaken by private citizens and companies on an occasional basis. For example, a common pastime in many developing countries is fishing. These activities provide an important source of income and are low-cost and provide people with enjoyment and relaxation.
